Anna, I'm writing to let you know how excellent lunch was! Not only did everything look so fresh, it all tasted great as well! Whenever I make a salad my OCD comes out in full force, I spend so long trying to cut everything perfectly that the prep work takes 10 times longer than it does for me to wolf it down hence the fact that I don’t make salads as often as I should! But that’s also why I appreciated how well your salad was put together! It was delicious. The sandwiches seemed to be put together with the same care they were also great (and devoured pretty quickly!). We have lunch brought in for the office a few times a year, and as Kevin may have told you, my father (the owner) is on a bit of a health kick, which means that our usual pizza is out! Even close to busy weekends she would check in if needed or just drop a quick line if we had any concerns. She worked with us through many many (many) changes. She was always willing to meet with us.
