Why hire an event planner/caterer?

There are many reasons as to why you should use a caterer and an event planner...most importantly so that you can enjoy your party and spend time with your guests -- without worrying about running around, and cooking or serving. We assist you with all the details, choosing the perfect theme, selecting the best venue, tents, tables, chairs, linens, entertainment. We want you to enjoy your time as much as your guests will.

Event Requirements: To reserve a date, a deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to the event, balance is due on the day of the event. A guaranteed number of guests must be provided 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy: A 72 hour is required to cancel any event. The client will assume responsibility for all unrecoverable costs.
Additional Fees: Prices do not include rentals
Payment: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Drop off parties: Drop off catering includes delivery, set up and pick up of food only. We provide heating instructions in needed. The fee for this service is $50.00.
Staffing: Wait staff is twenty dollars per hour with a four hour minimum. Staff arrives two hours prior to the event starting. The number of staff will depend on the number of attendees, set up and breakdown and menu.
